The Boxercise Awards Scheme is a great option for any instructor that wants to teach kids (or adults), using a formatted progressive reward based system. The Awards are detailed lesson plans for you to take children through, they progress from teaching basic Boxercise skills to more advanced, whilst still having fun.

The Awards scheme is broken down into certified Bronze, Silver and Gold awards. Each Award incorporates 10 lesson plans, but you have the flexibility to add you own ideas within this and for teachers these lesson plans can be fitted into term time .
